Pickup is available from Luxor Airport, Aswan Airport, or central hotels in Luxor or Aswan. Guests will receive detailed confirmation with pickup times and representative information. Private or VIP transfers can be arranged for convenience before embarking on Sonesta Moon Goddess.

You’ll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancelation policy

  • Cancellation without loss if more than 00:00 6 days before the trip

  • 40% of the loss will be deducted from 00:00 3 days before the trip to 00:00 on the day of the trip

  • After the trip starts, 60% of the loss will be deducted

Terms and Conditions

Children Policy

  • 0 – 01.99 Free of Charge (unless flights were included)

  • 2 – 5.99 pay 25% of the tour price and 50% of the tour price if it includes flights or sleeper train

  • 6 – 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price

  • 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

Notes: Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing a parent's room).

If 2 children, they will stay in another room connected or next to the parents' room.
If your tour package includes airfare, an extra charge for your children may apply.
