Luxor Embarkation: Pickup from Luxor Airport or hotels in Luxor city. Aswan Embarkation: Pickup from Aswan Airport or local hotels. A dedicated representative will greet you upon arrival, assist with luggage, and accompany you to the Sanctuary Sun Boat III for check-in and embarkation.

Cancelation policy

  • Cancellation without loss if more than 00:00 6 days before the trip

  • 40% of the loss will be deducted from 00:00 3 days before the trip to 00:00 on the day of the trip

  • After the trip starts, 60% of the loss will be deducted

Terms and Conditions

Children Policy

  • 0 – 01.99 Free of Charge (unless flights were included)

  • 2 – 5.99 pay 25% of the tour price and 50% of the tour price if it includes flights or sleeper train

  • 6 – 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price

  • 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

Notes: Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing a parent's room).

If 2 children, they will stay in another room connected or next to the parents' room.
If your tour package includes airfare, an extra charge for your children may apply.
