Pick-up & Meeting Point

Guests will be met by our dedicated representative upon arrival at the Luxor International Airport (LXR), the Aswan International Airport (ASW), or any hotel in Luxor/Aswan, depending on the chosen route direction. For the southbound journey (Luxor start), pickup will be in Luxor. For the northbound journey (Aswan start), pickup will be in Aswan. Exact pickup times will be coordinated based on your arrival schedule to ensure a smooth transition to the elegant Lotus Dahabiya.

  • 40% of the loss will be deducted from 00:00 3 days before the trip to 00:00 on the day of the trip

  • After the trip starts, 60% of the loss will be deducted
