Pick-up & Meeting Point

Guests embarking on the southbound journey (Luxor to Aswan) will typically be picked up from their hotel, the Luxor International Airport (LXR), or the Luxor train station. The exact time will be confirmed prior to your arrival. Guests on the northbound journey (Aswan to Luxor) will be met at their hotel, Aswan International Airport (ASW), or the Aswan train station.

  • 40% of the loss will be deducted from 00:00 3 days before the trip to 00:00 on the day of the trip

  • After the trip starts, 60% of the loss will be deducted
