Day 1 Luxor Arrival – East Bank Tour

Welcome to Luxor! Check in to the Farida Nile Cruise before lunch. In the afternoon, explore Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt, followed by Luxor Temple, beautifully lit in the evening. Return to the ship for dinner and overnight onboard in Luxor.

Day 2 Luxor West Bank – Sail to Edfu

Start the day exploring the Valley of the Kings, final resting place of the pharaohs, including Tutankhamun. Visit the unique Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the towering Colossi of Memnon. After lunch onboard, set sail toward Edfu.
Overnight: Edfu

Day 3 Edfu Temple – Kom Ombo Temple

Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples, reached by horse-drawn carriage. Return to the cruise and sail toward Kom Ombo, where you’ll explore the fascinating double temple of Sobek and Horus.

Day 4 Philae Temple – Aswan Highlights

Arrive in Aswan and enjoy a tour to the stunning Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Then marvel at the engineering of the High Dam and optional visit to the Unfinished Obelisk. The afternoon is free to relax or take an optional Nubian village tour.

Day 5 Disembarkation – Optional Abu Simbel Tour

After breakfast, disembark the Farida Nile Cruise. You can either transfer to the airport/train station or join an optional early morning Abu Simbel excursion, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a true highlight for many travelers.
